Last weekend, we had Dfest here in Tulsa, where over 150 bands took the stage & rocked our fair city. Some of the bigger headlining acts were The Roots, Paramore, Helmet, The All-American Rejects & The Disco Biscuits. Anyway, the background pics for this week’s comic are from Dfest and are courtesy of Fox 23′s Ron Terrell, an anchorman with a voice that could make a wolverine purr and suits so fine they make Sinatra look like a hobo. You stay classy, Ron! This week’s “bar” is a tattooed arm (just to avoid any confusion). I thought it’d be cool to see the skeeters having fun at a show. The only changes in the art this week is that I changed their arms to blue from black and scanned the sketches in, instead of taking a digital pic. I’m digging the new look, so they’ll probably look the way they do now for a while.

Gin Thing
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Ginger Ale

Pour gin & lime juice into a highball glass over ice cubes and fill with ginger ale.  Ain’t nuthin’ but a Gin Thing baby!
